Personal & Group Training

Emily enjoys taking the tennis game beyond the court by training clients in her private in-home studio. She has experience working with a wide range of fitness levels (beginner-athlete) and ages (13-87 years). Much of her experience includes training clients towards healthy weight loss, modifying workouts to accommodate injuries, and improving overall wellness. 

Emily's nationally accredited personal training certification, Masters in Exercise Science and Nutrition, and living with Type 1 Diabetes makes her stand out among other trainers.
1st Step: Fill out Health Form
  • ONE-ON-ONE

    This session with a personal trainer will give you the opportunity to be guided individually through structured workouts to help you reach your fitness goals. 


    50 min: $65

    30 min: $40

  • GROUP TRAINING (2-4 PEOPLE)

    This session is your opportunity to train with a partner or group of people as a personal trainer leads you through structured workouts. It is recommended that your training partner(s) be of a similar level of fitness to facilitate this style of training.


    2 ppl: $35 each

    3 ppl: $26 each

    4 ppl: $20 each

    Sessions based on 50 min.
